Logins: a login is a person who signs in to CareHelm. Staff links, where workers sign on their phones, are free for every worker. Extra logins are A$5 + GST (A$5.50 incl. GST) each a month.

Pay once for your first registration: Verification pack A$190 + GST (A$209 incl. GST) or Registration pack A$890 + GST (A$979 incl. GST), each with 12 months of use.

After you register: Keep plan, A$19 + GST (A$20.90 incl. GST) a month with 1 login, keeps evidence, expiry reminders, staff links and registers up to date.

Common questions

What does the free checker show?

It asks 8 questions and takes about 5 minutes. You see your likely registration groups, your audit type, what the auditor checks and your next steps. The result is an estimate from your answers.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Create an account and choose Solo, Team or SIL Plus. You get every feature for 14 days and you don't need a card. We never charge you unless you choose a plan and pay. While paid plans are not open, you keep full access after the 14 days. Once paid plans are open, an account with no plan becomes read-only after its trial. Nothing is deleted, and you can still read and export everything.

Who checks the drafts and the evidence?

You do. You read every policy draft and every uploaded document, then confirm it. Nothing goes into your audit pack until you confirm it.

Which documents are in English?

Policies, the audit pack and the portal self-assessment draft are written in English. You can answer the questions in Chinese, by voice or by typing.

Can I use the policies and records I already have?

Yes. Upload them. CareHelm sorts each file and you confirm it. The gap assessment then shows which requirements still need a policy or evidence.

What happens at my mid-term audit or renewal?

CareHelm keeps your mid-term audit and renewal dates. Before each one it lists what to update.

Where is my data kept?

Your business data and files are stored in Google Cloud, Sydney region. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, which stores your email address and name and processes sign-in in the United States. Payments go through Stripe. The free checker works without an account.
