What changes
NDIS claims must be made within 90 days of the day the support was provided. The limit was 2 years. The NDIA can accept a late claim in exceptional circumstances.1
Still unclear
The Act does not say whether supports delivered before 1 December 2026 keep the 2-year limit. Check NDIA guidance.
